Instructions for obtaining Remote Support:

1. If you're not on the phone with a consultant, call 519-746-3118, or toll free 1-800-540-3164.
2. Click the " Start Remote Suppport" button below.
3. Our remote support tool, Splashtop, will automatically download on to your computer.
4. When the download is complete, run the program.
5. Provide your consultant with the 9 digit number.
6. Make sure the consultant closes the session window once completed.
   

Please note: Using Remote Support may incur fees payable to Link2 Systems.

Steps for installing JRE:

1. Access the JRE downloads here.
   
2. You must click 'Accept License Agreement' before downloading any files.
3. Download the 'Windows x86 Offline' file.
4. Run the application.

Please note: Unauthorized configuration or installation any Link2 Systems applications may result in irregular functioning of the application or data corruption and should only be administered by a licensed dealer.
